Community-Engaging Projects

In the Block U learning community classes, the spring semester is spent working on a research and community engaging projects. Each year, students design unique projects related to the class theme. Past projects include scientific studies, theater productions, activities for the campus community, health education in high schools, interactive displays in the Salt Lake Library, video development, events at senior centers, trail etiquette education, and outreach at Primary Children’s Hospital, and much more.
